Excel 2016 formulas not updating

hi please help when i delete 2 rows my formulas do not add up to 100%, what can the reason be?

i attached a example, the formulas are in columns j-L I added all the ones in column c, in row c313 there is a total percentage of 100%, if i delete rows 225 & 226 the percentage in c313 is 99% but it must be 100%?
